About Perfect Hearts

 

Perfect Hearts is founded by three dedicated nurse owners who share a passion for elevating the standard of home care in Virginia. With over 42 years of combined nursing experience, our leadership team consists of two Registered Nurses (RNs) and one Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), who each bring extensive clinical expertise and a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

We have spent decades caring for patients across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and in-home care settings. Our firsthand experience has given us unique insight into the essential skills and compassionate approach required for home care workers to deliver exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We ensure that home care workers meet and exceed both state requirements and industry standards by focusing on critical topics such as personal care techniques, infection control, effective communication, patient rights, and safety protocols.

Caring Hands Academy

In addition to Perfect Hearts, and within our Caring Hands Academy, we translate this invaluable knowledge into action by providing comprehensive, hands-on training programs for home care professionals throughout Virginia. These classes focus on critical topics such as personal care, ensuring that our caregivers are well-equipped to serve their clients with competence and compassion.
